From May 19, 2026, SunExpress will run daily overnight flights. The departure leaves Manchester at 00:45 and lands in Dalaman at 07:00 local time.

This early morning arrival means passengers can start their holiday right away, without having to waste a full day on travel.

No more losing time to long journeys or dipping into extra annual leave! Return options are just as convenient. Late-evening flights depart Dalaman at 21:05 and arrive back in Manchester at 23:45 local time.

These timings help holidaymakers enjoy almost an extra full day in Türkiye before heading home.

Bookings for these night and late-evening services are open now, with attractive one-way fares starting from just £84.99. It’s an affordable way to access Türkiye’s stunning coastline.

This new route strengthens SunExpress’s already impressive summer 2026 programme from Manchester Airport. The airline offers plenty of choices to Türkiye’s top leisure spots:

Up to 24 weekly flights to Antalya

19 weekly flights to Izmir

15 weekly flights to Dalaman (including the new night options)

Twice-weekly services to Bodrum

With so many departures and destinations available, travellers enjoy greater flexibility throughout the peak season.

Dalaman stands out as a gateway to some of Türkiye’s most beautiful areas. It boasts world-class Blue Flag beaches, including the famous Blue Lagoon at Ölüdeniz, lively resorts, and luxury hotels suitable for families, couples, or solo adventurers.

Tobias Bracht, Head of Sales at SunExpress, explained the thinking behind the launch. “We understand how valuable holiday time is for our customers. These new night flights help people make the most of every moment.”

“Arriving in Dalaman as the sun rises lets the holiday begin instantly – whether that’s your first dip in the turquoise waters or a relaxed start to the day knowing travel hasn’t eaten into your break.”

“We’re thrilled to grow our Manchester operations and give even more options to reach Türkiye, alongside Antalya, Izmir, and Milas-Bodrum.”

As well as classic beach holidays, SunExpress supports a range of travel styles. Visitors can discover Türkiye’s rich history through archaeological sites, savour authentic local cuisine on culinary trips, or enjoy active pursuits like sports and outdoor adventures along the turquoise coast.

As a leading value carrier, SunExpress focuses on the Turkish Riviera and Anatolia. It operates an extensive network of 237 routes to 92 destinations across 35 countries.

Founded in Antalya in 1989, the airline has built 35 years of expertise as a leisure specialist and tourism bridge between Türkiye and Europe.

Today, it carries around 15 million passengers each year, supported by more than 4,500 employees based in key hubs like Antalya, Frankfurt, Izmir, Ankara, and Dalaman.

With these new night flights and a robust schedule, SunExpress makes Türkiye feel closer and more accessible than ever for UK travellers from Manchester.

Whether seeking sun, culture, or adventure, the options are wider and more convenient for summer 2026.
